Week nineteen at PropertySafe!
Loving being back on the Coast. I’m finding I’ve got a heap more time up my sleeves. It was good to just chill out over the weekend, I played around and got a few things done on the site that I’ve been wanting to get done.
Admin UI today, there is still quite a bit to get done so I’ll be working on this for the next couple of weeks.
Monday Back Workout
- Warm up followed by 4 x 12 reps 47kg close grip pulldown
- 4 x 12 reps 40kg single arm iso-lateral DY row
- 4 x 12 reps 40kg single arm iso-lateral high row
- 4 x 12 reps 61kg cable row
- 5 mins air bike
- 10 mins cross trainer
Tuesday 9th January 2018
I was going through the latest sprint which has some older tasks and checking each task to ensure everything had been provided from my side. There were a few tasks that had been updated where I needed to provide some new screens for.
Tuesday Chest Workout
- Warm up followed by 4 x 12 reps 60kg iso-lateral wide chest
- 4 x 20kg 12 reps iso-lateral super incline chest
- 4 x 16kg 12 reps cable flys
- 4 x 54kg 12 reps pec fly
- 4 x 12 reps 8kg close grip fly
- 5 mins air bike
- 10 mins cross trainer
- 2km Walk
Wednesday 10th January 2018
Got a brief yesterday to start working on the mobile UI for the Landlord Portal which is a nice change for the start of the year. Keen to get in on this one and really improve the experience for our users. At the moment a few parts of it are responsive and then other parts are just terrible. Huge room for improvement!
Big news today of a market ‘crash’ in the Cryptocurrency ecosystem. Dip of around 20% in my portfolio seems pretty depressing, but for the long term I’m not worried. For now, i’ll just sit tight and wait it out.
Wednesday Legs Workout
- Warm up followed by 4 x 12 reps 47kg leg extension
- 4 x 12 reps 40kg seated leg curl
- 4 x 12 reps 40kg v-squat
- 5 mins air bike
- 10 mins sit down bike
Thursday 11th January 2018
The Landlord Portal application has some pretty data-intense sections which is proving to be a challenge to design a solution that is going to work well on mobile.
This involved sketching out a few ideas on my pad to see what will work before getting into sketch and creating the layouts.
Thursday Shoulder Workout

Friday 12th January 2018
Finalised the work on the mobile UI for the Landlord Portal today. I had to adjust some of the desktop UI as I was working my way through the screens because some of the features have since changed.
Friday Arms Workout

- 4 x 12 reps 8kg cable pushdowns
- 4 x 12 reps 14kg dumbbell curls
- 4 x 12 reps 25kg barbell curls
